Jose-Luis Partida, who sold Louie Louie On Location 27 years

ago, was the driving force behind the success, which began with

a taco truck that evolved into a universal catering empire,

featuring several mobile kitchens, long before food trucks became

popular.

The company has numerous film credits, including David Lynch’s

Twin Peaks and In a Child’s Name, starring Valerie Bertinelli, as

well as events such as the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games and

presidential inaugurations, with many other credits.

Food Dance Food will cater to high-end corporate events, national

sporting projects, and stylish wedding menus.

Film Production Catering will continue to be the primary focus,

catering to films, TV Series, and commercials.

needs.
